If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit.

Final Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returns Time Frame and Requirements

All Pretty Girls offer store credits on returns that meet below requirements.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from issue and does not include postage.
• Within the time frame for returns
For orders shipped within Australia, 14 days of the item/s being delivered to you
For orders shipped outside Australia, 28 days of the item/s being delivered to you
• Returns form filled out and included in returns package
• All clothing must be in original unworn and unwashed conditions with tags still attached, unworn and not damaged whist in the customer's possession
Damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment
• All Pretty Girls does not accept returns that pose a hygiene risk (accessories, swimwear, intimates)
• Cost of return postage is payable by the customer

Any returns that do not meet these requirements will be returned at the customers expense. 

All Pretty Girls reserves the right to refuse return of an item if we believe it is not in the original condition as it was shipped.

Wrong Size or Change of Mind

Please note that sizes are smaller than standard AU/US sizing and we recommend sizing up if applicable.

We highly recommend checking the dimensions of the item, provided in the description, before purchasing an item to avoid the hassle and cost of returning an item.

We offer store credit for a change of mind or for incorrect sizing following above time frames and requirements. 

Faulty or Incorrect Item

First of all, we're sorry for the inconvenience.

Please contact customercare@allprettygirls.com.au within 7 days.
Please include the following information in your email
Order number
Picture of fault or incorrect item
Note: All Pretty Girls does not accept returns of items damaged by general wear and tear. All Pretty Girls reserve the right to determine a genuine fault in clothing

Once we receive the faulty or incorrect item, we will contact you via email and arrange to send a replacement of the same and correct item.
If you do not wish to keep the same item, this will be considered as change of mind and store credit will be issued.
If we are unable to provide a replacement of the same and correct item, you can opt to choose either a store credit or a refund.

Refunds will only be provided when these options are unavailable in accordance with fair trading policies.

When returning a faulty or incorrect item, please ensure due care is taken to return the item to us in its original condition. All returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Please note the below reasons are NOT considered faulty:

  • Colour variation from product photos
  • Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements
  • Slight size variation of within ± 3cm on measurements
  • Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
  • Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item
  • Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference
  • Item does not fit
  • Do not like the item
